While "HUBBOX Connect X1" is collection data , it must be in the same network with PLC, Panel , ... . This screen "HUBBOX Connect X1" 's your devices allows you to change IP settings.
P2 = HUBBOX Reserved IP
IP3 = HUBBOX Connect X1 - LAN interface IP adress
It’s recommended to restart the device after the IP update.
